Terms of service

A starting point for your installation. Replace it with terms reviewed for the jurisdiction you operate in.

1. The agreement

These terms cover use of this Loadout installation by the business named on the account and everyone it authorises.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping credentials secure, and for the actions of the staff accounts you create.

3. Your data belongs to you

Bookings, customers, condition photographs and the deposit ledger are yours. You can export every one of them to CSV at any time from the reports screen, without asking anyone.

4. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance in the dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to store unlawful content, to attack the infrastructure, or to process data you have no right to hold.

6. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. Suspension does not delete your data.

7. Liability

The platform is a record-keeping tool. Decisions about hires, deposits and claims remain yours, and so does responsibility for them.
