A starting point for your installation.

Trials

Trials are free and require no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan at the end of one.

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, and is not renewed.

Annual plans

Cancelled within 30 days of purchase, an annual plan is refunded in full. After that, the unused whole months are refunded pro rata.

Self-hosted licences

A one-time licence is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided it has not been deployed to a production domain.
